We will identify changes that have been made since the first printing of the third edition by the printing number. This number appears near the bottom of the page facing the Table of Contents. On that page there is a string of numbers ending with 10 followed by -MA- or –HAM–. The first number in this string is the printing. The numbers following are the year the printing was released. Copies of all printings are still for sale.

There have been 3 revisions ending with the 6^th printing. The links below give you the corrections to revise your printing to the 6^th printing. There is also a link of suggested changes to the 6^th printing which will be updated as needed.

There also is a link to the references at the end each chapter in the 2^nd edition and the bibliography in 2^nd edition. These were not included in the 3^rd edition at the request of the publisher.
